What is Air Shower Clean Room?
The air shower is a self-contained air recirculation system installed at the entrance of the clean room. There were doors on both sides, and they couldn't be opened at the same time. An employee enters the air shower area and stands in front of the shower nozzle or slot. Class 100 filtered air blows at a high velocity stream to employees. After 4-8 seconds of cleaning time, employees wait another 2-4 seconds for the system to clean the contaminated air.
